The original building dates back to medieval period and has been completely renovated since 1960 with a particular attention to original materials, styles and local construction techniques. The medieval tower has been enlarged and altered in XVI century to become an impressive aristocratic villa. The palace comprises 19 rooms, a kitchen, a bar, living rooms and sitting areas, a fitness area, a conference room as well as a private residence. The property is equipped with two elevators. During the deep renovation of the entire building many original elements have been recovered: some XVI century frescoes, a decorated coffered ceiling, a large fireplace with coat of arms and a neo-Gothic altar with polychrome carved wood. Doors and windows are realized as per original style and, in some cases, using the original material. The furniture dates back to the end of the '600 up to the 800. The stone building shows old style bricks edges and refines and elegant details as the double staircase and the nice rear porch.
